About Me
Azerbaijan, my homeland, is a country rich in culture and traditions, where music plays an important role. I come from family of music lovers and from an early age learnt to play both piano and violin.
Initially I studied at a special music school for gifted children for 11 years. From there I entered the State Musical Conservatoire, named after U.Hajibekov, where I spent fabulous four years studying violin and piano. I graduated with a First Class Degree in Performing and Teaching with my specialism being the violin.
During my undergraduate years, I played in the "Tutti" chamber orchestra and was prima-violina (Lead violinist) of an all violin ensemble called "Melodia."
I also teach both violin and piano privately.
